The search for the land to build this "dream house" took more than ten years. Finally, the sellers found this 3.6 acres site atop a knoll, at the crest of a ridge, with the property reaching down the Marin Art and Garden Center. Solar panels heat the swimming pool which is located directly off the kitchen and family room. Three large bedrooms including a gracious master suite, three full bathrooms and a powder room complete the main house.
GUEST HOUSE The Guest House features one bedroom, a full bathroom, surround sound, and flat screen television. Below the counter top is plumbing for a gas stove, a sink, under counter kitchen equipment and refrigerator. Beneath the studio is a large garage that allows enough space to park an SUV and includes a workbench and tool storage.
